The Operations Executive also serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addresses any service-related issues, and ensures that all operations comply with legal and company standards. Work scope:

Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate cleaning projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

On-Site Availability:

Must be willing and able to work on-site as needed to meet operational requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct routine site inspections to maintain cleaning service quality, aligning with both organizational and industry standards.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide periodic service updates.

Workforce Management:
