Job Requirements:

• Able to converse in English fluently
• At least 2 years of customer service-related experience
• Experience in customer service or retail service in the Telecommunication related industry. (Preferably, not a must)

• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player
• Be willing to work on shift (5 days work week, 2 days of rest)

Responsibilities would include:

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Freight Executive to manage and coordinate sea import shipments. This role includes handling customs permits, organizing documentation, and ensuring that all shipment processes align with company procedures. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Import and Export shipments by opening files, maintaining documents, and updating shipment statuses using Sysfreight software
• Advise clients on shipment arrival details and arrange deliveries
• Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct currencies and verification of shipment weight and volume
• Handle customs declaration for Import and Export permits
• Verify Bill of Lading, invoices, and all shipment-related documents
