Our Logistics Specialist has primary responsibility for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through to customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. You will ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. The Quality System Specialist/ Assistant Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality / food safety related systems. These can include document control, change control management , customer complaint, and various audits. The successful candidate will cover both of our facilities at Biopolis (Singapore) and Tuas (Singapore), and will be reporting to the QA/QC Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist QA Manager in the implementation of food safety and quality systems, actively participate in food safety efforts and ensure all activities conform to good manufacturing practices.
• Manage, plan, implement, and continuously improve the Food Safety/Quality programs in the Scaleup Bio facilities.
