This role is to focus on providing clinical field support for medical products related to vascular surgery, interventional radiology and cardiology, daily routine of this role includes but not limited to:
- Provide clinical case support in operating theatre / radiology lab
- Manage case usage tracking and billing as well as consignment inventory in the field
- Sales meetings with target customers to drive the sales and business growth
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support for products assigned to you
- Daily product usage tracking and manage inventory in customer accounts.
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients to grow customer loyalty and organizational revenue
- Monitor market and provide market intelligence including market trends, customer's preference, competition information, etc.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Demonstrated successful track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical device sales
- Experience in government tender submission for medical device
- A passion to serve the customer, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent relationship building capability with KOLs, influence customers at all levels
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Proficient in written and verbal
