What You Will Be Working On

As an Investment Compliance and Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment compliance and risk management.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct pre-trade compliance checks for internally managed portfolios to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Perform post-trade compliance monitoring and risk reporting for all investment portfolios, including coordination with investment managers and custodian banks.
• Prepare, analyse, and monitor investment risk and exposure reports for presentation to Management and Investment Committee.
• Implement the quarterly Personal Trading Declaration exercise, overseeing checks on staff personal trading activities, and reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and investment guidelines as necessary.
• Lead custodian transition and guideline implementation projects in collaboration with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with established procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in investment compliance or risk management.
• Good knowledge knowledge of complex investment instruments and associated risks, such as FX hedging and USD-denominated instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced skills in Excel including VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Power Query.
• Proficiency in Excel PowerQuery and Data Analytics Expression (DAX) for advanced data manipulation and analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience in automation projects, with knowledge of programming languages such as Python or UiPath is a plus.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role is responsible for the procurement supply continuity and the deployment of regional sourcing strategies for their assigned purchasing area. The Purchasing/Procurement Specialist is a member of the Procurement Team. This position will, along with other team members in the department, ensure the best sourcing for all products procured based on cost, quality, and delivery- overall value to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Effectively work with functional and business groups as a trusted advisor to determine desired product/service specifications and projected demand when making recommended action plans.
• Responsible for purchasing a wide range of medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Researching/sourcing products and processing requisitions/requests for quotations.
• Forecast inventory needs and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Responsible for follow-up of all issued purchase orders to ensure appropriate delivery dates/times/locations.
• Maintain and review databases and records of items purchased; cost, delivery, product performance, description and inventory levels.
• Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods and unacceptable quality/quantity.
• Pro-actively inform internal customers of any potential delays that may impact the client.
• Maintain current pricing and ordering information in system, update as needed
• Review requirements and purchase products at the most favorable price and highest quality, consistent with specification and other factors.
• Properly code all purchase orders per instructions from Finance

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 yrs marine or pharma industry purchasing procurement preferred.
• Previous experience in SAP preferred

As a Project Specialist (Content Placement), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our client’s digital content assets from creation to distribution with their partner platforms. You'll wear many hats, from managing the content pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to overseeing communication with partners and tracking successful placements.

Role: 

• You'll be responsible for managing the content pipeline, including scheduling content placements, tracking details of upcoming content releases, identifying any potential gaps, and suggesting placement opportunities based on market trends and audience interests.
• You'll collaborate with content creators and partner teams to inform everyone about content, placements, and any necessary changes.
• You'll oversee communication with partners regarding content changes and coordinate modifications with content teams to ensure content meets partner needs.
• Share approved content details with partners, ensure availability and review for compliance with partner specifications.
• Make minor edits to content or request new versions for major issues.
• Track successful placements with partner platforms, collect screenshots, and maintain a comprehensive placement log.
• Maintain a digital filing system for the confirmed market, partner, and content-type placements.

You:

• 3+ years of experience within the Digital marketing and/or Advertising industry managing Content Marketing as a Project Manager and/or project coordinator.
• Proven experience in project management and team management. 
• Experience with tooling and platforms used (or be able to learn quickly). 
• Able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Understanding different marketing measurement methodologies (e.g. creative testing) throughout the planning process.
• The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be positive in an often fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.
