JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the project official social media on a daily-basis, and elevate evergreen contents based on team missions, handle strategies, and OKRs.
• Partner with various product marketing teams across regions to help develop programs that deliver intended business results.
• Engage and lead social media agencies to build effective social media campaigns for key products and campaigns targeted at users and creators, with clear strategy to deliver optimal creativity and innovation.
• Track and quantify social impact on social media business goals.
• Track social media performance indicators to monitor the health of the brand across the social landscape in Japan.
• Work closely with global/regional social/PR/policy teams as part of a Global Rapid Response Team to put in place round-the-clock social listening/monitoring workflows and processes, proactive and reactive escalation and management of user sentiment across social platforms.

Requirements:

Our client is a global law firm providing legal services across corporate, litigation, regulatory, and transactional areas. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Development Marketing Specialist be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Business Development Marketing Specialist:

• Assist in preparing client proposals and pitches, including managing the RFP/bidding process and tracking results in the business development system.
• Develop and maintain a library of pitch materials, including practice overviews, lawyer biographies, experience lists, and key selling points.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for updating lawyer bios and collaborate with the regional team to ensure accurate and up-to-date publications.
• Manage and organize representative experience data within the firm's experience management system.
• Work with team members to elevate the firm's visibility through external communications, such as social media posts (e.g., WeChat) and website content.
• Support the planning and execution of firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client programs.
• Coordinate with marketing teams in different locations to align regional and global marketing strategies.

Job Description: Internship/Part time Customer Service Specialist(B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with simple inquiries related to payment products and services via email, phone, or live chat (not call centre and very low volume only).

• Provide guidance on the use of digital payment platforms (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa, etc.).

• Support the onboarding process for new merchants, including documentation and initial onsite setup assistance.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Assist in creating support content, such as FAQs and user guides, to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communication, Fintech or related fields.

• To assist senior cashiers who may only speak Mandarin.

• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience with customer service, preferably in the tech or payment solutions industry, is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
