Roles and Responsibility
· Able to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings
· Able to review Documents (BOM, ITP, Procedures, etc) and Drawings as per specification requirements
· Piping, Steel Structure and raw materials verification and inspection
· Liaises with Vendors on work schedule and activities (Load-Test, NDE, Painting, etc)
· Able to use measuring, technical instrument, including micrometer, weld-gauges etc
· Ensure Welding is performance according to the approved WPS
· Conduct in-line machined, Fit up and visual inspection (with reports) according to require standards, specification, PRINT prior to delivery or customer inspection
· Assist in compilation of Quality documents prior customer acceptance
· Compliance to HSE regulations and requirement at all time.
· Monitor in-progress activities with effective coordination among respective team for updates
· Report to QC Engineer on Work activities and Job status
· Liaises with QC admin on reports and documents status for submission.
· Willing to perform other ad-hoc work scope when assigned
Qualification
· Diploma in engineering, CSWIP 3.1 certificate
· Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2009, ISO45001:2018 requirements
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in offshore platform/ oil and gas industry
· Knowledgeable in reading, understanding engineering drawings and specification requirements
· Understand piping fabrication/installation inspection and testing requirements
· Knowledgeable in welding inspection and quality control system
· Familiar with basic conventional NDT methods
· Computer literate and familiar in using basic Microsoft office programs
· Good/corrected vision
· Good team player and able to work independently
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Willing to perform overtime, shift work when required
