· Negotiate with factories and / or sub-suppliers for better prices and delivery timelines.

· Prepare the necessary documents for customer submission and approval.

· Follow-up with stakeholders on the timely delivery of equipment.

· Reply to customers on technical and commercial queries of orders.

· Contribute to the achievement of gross margin; calculated at the time of order receipt and improve it wherever possible.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Engineering-related field of study.

· Preferably with 5 years of industry experience.

· Possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Ability to pick up product knowledge and work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project management experience (with or without PMP certification)
2. Automation background & experience in manufacturing industry
3. Possesses Operation and Process Improvement experience, with demonstrated visible results
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, as we have vendors and projects in China
