The Process Improvement Manager at the direction of management, is responsible for selecting current products, components or processes to be analyzed and evaluated, with the purpose of establishing efficient and cost-effective processes that ensure the production of high-quality products and services. The activities shall consider all aspects of the design and production of products and services.
The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for the evaluation process, justification of improvements, and implementation plans, as well as facilitating activities to integrate improvements into the business. Job Scope

• Design complex multi-layer, highly dense embedded mixed power and digital printed circuit boards
• BOM selection and sourcing of electronic components (microcontrollers, sensors, MOSFETs, voltage regulators, transformers etc) based on cost and performance metrics
• Manage PCB design, fabrication and outsource of PCB assembly

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years experience
