As Project Manager you will work closely with the Cofounder & CEO to drive the company's strategic vision and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. You will support Aethir in helping to develop and communicate our strategy, ensuring that all members of the team are working effectively and efficiently towards our goals. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary coordinator for the cofounders, CEO, and other senior leaders of the company
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the CEO in preparing for and attending board meetings and investor interactions

• 2+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking or professional services
• 6+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in project management or program management
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead supply chain products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and product management, with experience in developing and launching new products and features. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. This role offers significant opportunities to deliver a large impact on strategic priorities for Meta; including building out the AI infrastructure network and playing a critical role in Reality Labs devices supply chain, helping bring the next generation of computing platforms to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years product management or related industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on a supply chain product or in a supply chain operations function.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
• Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.
• Requirements gathering across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment with senior Leadership and Business Stakeholders.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively using data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on B2B or products with Internal Users.
• Experience using or deploying prominent industry standard supply chain software.
• Experience leading build/buy decisions and leveraging bought 3P tools as part of the product suite.
