Job Description:

• You will provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling
  Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.
