KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of transactions by ensuring that all transactions are authorized, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
• Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct accounts.
• Conduct training to a team of financial appointment holders on procedures for managing and controlling resources and expenditure so as to carry out procurement, payment and reimbursement activities on the finance systems.
• Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systems to achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensure that system design meets the operational requirements.
• Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issues and ensure payment timeliness.
• Develop, coach and motivate members of the team to deliver effective, responsive and customer-centric service to customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with 2 years of experience with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications will have an advantage.
• Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Experience in the charity or nonprofit sector will be advantage.

• The review and communication of the company's raw material procurement letter of credit and SBLC related its settlement business;
• Daily fund related AP &AR bookkeeping.
• Ensure interest on loans are prepared in accordance with the contract.
• Prepare loan compliance documents.
• Manage the cash flows and deposit;
• Handle business related to bank accounts; assist on bank reconciliation and month end GL
• Optimize and improve the internal fund control process;

【Key Requirements】

• University degree with Finance or Accountant major or related.
• With experience of handling LC and SBLC in international commodities, trading house can be given priority.
• Have knowledge of UCP600 and ISBP
• Strong communicate skills and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with main international settlement methods, in particular of letters of credit, etc.
• Familiar with ERP system (e.g. SAP)
