RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Engagement and Development

• Research and analyse what other similar social service agencies and charities are doing locally and internationally

REQUIREMENTS

Job Description

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer
• Work with performers to fine-tune performance
• Keep and update weekly routine performances
• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards
• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia
• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
• Able to communicate well with the performers
• Has experience as Performer is a plus
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous
• Strong stage experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis within the TCM Treatment (Acupunture , Chinese Medicine, Tuina, Moxi and other wellness treatment) and communicate regularly and efficiently with management on all operational aspects.
• Lead team to maximize treatment bookings and yield management
• Ensure completion and accuracy of staff commission, payments administration of Contractors and Vendors in a timely manner for submission to Finance and Payroll
• Conduct team training and streamline processes to improve our customer service and business.
• Review Members’ feedback, market and industry news to introduce or improve services, programs that allows a successful operation that increases Member positive experiences and usage.
• Manage the operations procurement process, allocation, supplies, inventories and purchasing.
• Regular competitive analysis and benchmarking with hospitality and related industries for products, program and services.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or Spa Management will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operation and management of small and medium-sized enterprises
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• TCM Clinic/Spa Operations preferably with knowledge on TCM and health
• Analytical skills - ability to read, analyze, interpret and write reports on financial positions.
• Planning, developing and implementing policies, procedures
• Relevant experience in retail functions, analysis, pricing and stock controls
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to work well in a team
