This is a 6 Months Contract role (Renewal Basis) Based in Singapore.

Business Management and Team Support (50%)

• Manage the business for the Asia Marketing team, proactively supporting the team together through important planning cycles, managing meeting rhythms and stakeholders, and collaboration across functions.
• Coordinate marketing newsletters, reporting on execution excellence and campaigns, creating presentation templates to enable teams to showcase their best work (quarterly marketing calendar and assets calendar)
• Support Asia PO hygiene, maintenance and tracking initiatives for the team.
• Work along with all marketing stakeholders to support team success with key regional projects.

Tools Project Management (50%)

• Be the ASIA Point of Contact for landing the Remap Tool.
• Ensure World Wide team understand Asia pain points, help on accelerating resolution of technical problems for Asia team, coordinate ad hoc training when needed
• Assessment - coordinating timeline, consolidating results and work with the Asia Marketing team members to ensure landing of marketing fundamentals through partners and constantly monitor the optimization to enhance the consumer journey.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in marketing projects management from an advertising/media agency or a project manager in a tech firm across more than 1 countries
• Well versed in Microsoft Technologies like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SharePoint, PowerPoint

Job Description

• To plan, schedule and supervise service at the outlet.
• To ensure all employees are trained according to the established standards and conduct on-the-job training for all new employees.
• To ensure smooth operations in restaurant.
• To ensure all food & beverages sold is properly accounted for at established prices and be on alert for irregularities in the handling of money by employees.

• To ensure the outlet is efficiently manned.

• To assist the staff retention in the outlet and take appropriate measures in furtherance of staff stability.
• To ensure proper handling of equipment and breakage are kept to a minimum in the outlet.
• To ensure the outlet is kept neat, clean and in functionally good conditions at all times.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Salary: Basic $1800 to $2800 + commission

Probation period: 3 months

Working Location: Woodlands

Medical benefit: Claim up to $200 per year (upon confirmation after probation)

No experience needed (training will be provided)

Project Bolt Decomm Financial Management

• Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team
• Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target
• Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all items
• Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions

Planview Phase 2

• Support PMO team with integration phase of project
• Coordinate meetings / workshops, capture meeting minutes and upload to respective place
• Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload to respective place

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
