The Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be taking charge of end-to-end M&A deals and business development and investment opportunity across SEA region. Working closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions. This role may require overseas secondment to the SEA region for business development purposes and travelling of 30-50% in the region.

Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must be

• Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
• At least 8-10 years of M&A, corporate finance experience.
