Having now secured Series A we are seeking a Chinese-speaking bioprocess lead to join our Singapore team to direct our fermentation optimisation efforts and manage CMO partners in Taiwan and China.

OBJECTIVES

• Operation of bioreactor systems for submerged fermentation, downstream processing and sample analysis.
• Drive process optimisation by overseeing rigorous data collection, recording, and analysis. Use effect size analysis, DoE, etc to accelerate yield improvements and scale up.
• Preparation of SOPs for fermentation and downstream processing.
• Tech transfer of strains and bioprocesses to contract manufacturers.
• Work with other team members to align molecular, bioproduction and veterinary research.
• Training and mentorship of junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Chinese language fluency required - we use a lot of technology from China and this role will involveworking closely with Taiwanese and Chinese CMOs for scale up.
