Responsibilities

• Reviews material receiving reports and performs material receiving inspections
• Interprets and implements SWPPs, project specifications and procedures, applicable codes, and drawings to ensure that construction installation requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering discipline is desired but may be waived if equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical, EHA and Instrumentation, with at least 2 years in an inspector role
• Experience with Electrical Hazardous Areas (EHA) and Australian Standards. Must demonstrate expert understanding and working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
• Must have a certificate or Statement of Attainment from a Registered Training Organization (RTO) on competency unit: UEENEEM080A, or equivalent IECEx certification
• Experience in Module Yard LNG construction is preferred
• Understanding of applicable Bechtel work processes including Standard Work Process Procedures
