· Loading and unloading of provisionals, groceries and vegetable

· Help customers to find locate provisionals, groceries and vegetable, if need bring the stuff and put it their trolley

· Ensure shelves and product displays remain stocked.

· Replenish products onto display shelfs and areas as assigned.

· Check & account for damaged stocks, Tabulate balance stocks & Tidy up items displays

· Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries. -Assess customer needs and wants: answer customer questions and concerns. -Provide appropriate product recommendations. -Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable. -Build relationships with customers, especially regular customers.

· Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues. These can include daily specials, coupons, discounts, a loyalty restaurant that encourages repeat dining, and training wait staff to upsell appetizers, desserts and drinks. In addition to these types of promotional activities, able to develop larger business opportunities, such as group sales, offsite catering, a proprietary, private-label sauce, delivery service and corporate events.

· Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER - REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education ‘A’ Level / Higher Secondary
• Expected a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Jewellery Retail Sales/Showroom Supervisor. Prefer experiences in Singapore, Malaysia and India
• Experience in jewellery management, financial reporting and stock reporting compulsory.
• Experience in product information associated with the jewellery, including the type of metal, stone, design, brand, style or other attributes, as well as, warranty information and certificates.
• Must have a clear knowledge and experience with Platinum, Gold, Silver, Gem Stones, Sapphire, diamond, ruby, pearl, emerald, cats-eye, coral, topaz. Able to appraise Jewells and other ornamental prices.
• Must have very good communication skills. Must have experience in small Jewellery repairing works.
• Experience in the serial number is used as a unique identifier to track the product’s movement throughout the retail environment, from receiving, to store transfers, to bin placement and final sale
• Experience in replenishment system that identifies which items are selling and which are stagnant that way you can replenish profit-bearing items more efficiently while eliminating slow moving stock, that is better buying decisions and higher profit margins
• Train and streamline newly recruited staffs in business operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

• Record and process all business transactions within the organisation’s accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting
• Record transactions relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash/bank and ensuring timely reconciliation
• Prepare GST & Withholding returns for Financial Controller’s review
• Record transactions relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments
• Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use
• Perform month-end closing activities under Financial Controller’s guidance
• Prepare management reports
• Undertake any other finance duties as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word required
• Mature, responsible and able to work independently
• Proficiency in English(required) and Hindi/Tamil would be advantageous to deal with Indian stakeholders
