• System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch.
• Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
• Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing or design environments.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Description:

• Setting up, configuring, operating, and maintaining various electronic equipment involved in outside broadcasting production, such as HD Video, UHD Video, Audio, and Communication Equipment.

• Troubleshooting camera equipment and effectively communicating and reporting any issues to the studio manager and manufacturer for problem-solving.

• Keeping equipment updated with the latest software releases to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensuring that technical equipment and systems meet safety and technical standards with minimal disruption to operations.

• Proficiency in reading and designing camera connection workflows.

• Maintaining and routing video signals, including split camera signals, genlock, and data cables.

• Familiarity with video standards, calibration, and routing signals such as HD-SDI, DisplayPort, HDMI, RAW files, color metadata, and data wrangling.

• Care and upkeep of Virtual Production systems, including cameras, tracking objects, cabling, and AV signal flow.

• Assisting camera crew with calibration workflows and mounting Virtual Production tracking hardware on set.

• Troubleshooting video feed, tracking, and calibration issues with the Virtual Production team.

• Communicating changeover status and camera changes to the Virtual Production team for smooth operation.

• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies in the industry to maintain a cutting-edge skillset.

• Proficiency in video editing.

Responsibility :

· Assisting Accounts Officer in handling accounts matters.

· Processing of supplier’s invoices, subcon’s invoices, petty cash claims, progress claims etc.

· Handle intercompany reconciliations, preparing monthly schedules, journal vouchers entries and attending to creditor’s enquiries.

· Able to issue billings, payment vouchers, cheques and data entry into accounts system.

· Perform day-to-day transactions.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Accounting with 1 year’s relevant experience.

· Experience in handling Accounts Payable, petty cash claim and preparing monthly schedules etc.

· Knowledgeable in accounting software (Accpac or Navision) is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to complete AP and AR of the accounts
• Preparation of all disbursement of cheques, and transfers
• In charge of the preparation of Monthly accounts files to the accountant
• Update the cheque payment list once payment done on daily basis
• Ensure clinic cash receipts are banked-in promptly
• Update daily cash receiving report
• Manage petty cash claims
• Perform monthly bank accounts reconciliation, journal posting, month end closing.
• Review and ensure accurate generation of accounts reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensure proper documentation with supporting approval for all accounting records
• Able to work independently and displine under minimum supervision.
