• Process customer orders
• Handle customer complaints & liaise with warehouse to ensure smooth packing of goods
• To handle variety of administrative tasks relevant to office decorations and maintenance
• To perform procurements of general office supplies including maintenance of office equipment’s etc
• Coordinate, facilitate and provide support for company events and welfare
• Assist in answering miscellaneous phone calls and walk in guest
• Manage the pantry and other office supplies

Job Requirements

• Tech savvy
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance & Admin
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans;

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business;

- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings;

- Work effectively with internal stakeholders & external vendor to achieve business goals;

- To understand the material costing for printing, carpentery and signages;

- To understand the operation of printers, summa cutter, CCD CNC & Oscillating machine and CCD Laser cutter;

- To understand the labour cost for production;

- To attend briefing/meeting and site measurements for production for the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the production of the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the installation and delivery of the projects undertaking.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any field;

- At least 2 or 3 years of corporate sales experience/ project management;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong time management skills;
- Passion for relationship building and selling;
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Customer service- orientated attitude;
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of drivers and cargo hand / delivery assistants
• To feedback on any safety violations or discipline by drivers to the Operations HOD
• Plan, schedule, organise and assign jobs daily
• Constant communications with drivers to ensure given jobs is completed
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Customer on any problem pertaining to the job
• To report any cargo damage and traffic accident to Operations HOD
• Assist the Operations HOD to investigate incidents/accidents promptly
• To effectively plan, use appropriate vehicle and equipment and check all company asset/equipment are in good hands
• Assist the Operations HOD to monitor servicing/inspection/maintenance schedule of the department's vehicles and arrange accordingly
• Escalate and report any delivery abnormality & cargo discrepancy to immediate superior
• Constant and close monitoring of all deliveries and collections
• Attend to customer's phone calls during/after office hours
• Assist the Operations HOD in replying to daily customer operational queries and requests
• To perform any other tasks assigned by Operations Supervisor/HOD

Requirements

• GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in any discipline
• Relevant working experience in Logistics / Transportation / Operations or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in the deployment of drivers for trucking/loose cargo jobs
• Strong understanding of land transportation regulations, routes, and logistical considerations in Singapore
• Candidates with Class 3 Driving License will be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all drivers and customers
• Analytical, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Composed, with the ability to respond effectively to stressful or unpredictable situations
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Sheet

Job Scope

· Provide administrative support to management/office staff and operations

· Collate and keep records of office and organizational assets

· Receive and record (and host) visitors, parents and vendors

· Provide administrative support to volunteers and donor engagement

· Assist FCO administrative duties as and when required, rostered or otherwise

· To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and/or senior management
