Who We Need

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events. Responsibilities

• Facilitate a range of outdoor and indoor activities/events including outings, workshops, talks that serve the needs of our customers.
• Handle attendance record and ensure the customers’ safety during the transportation process to the event destination.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a primary point of contact for our customers throughout event coordination and execution process.
• Be present on-site during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve unexpected problems in real time.
• Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, customers’ inquiries, communication with customers.
• Regularly engage and communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify gaps and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer service orientated.
• Proficient in using digital tool such as mobile phone app.

Position: Assistant HR Manager

Location: West

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri - 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Remuneration Package: Basic up to S$ 5.5K + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Provide end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Performance Management

• Support the performance management process by coaching the Managers in setting performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
• Assist in identifying performance gaps and developing appropriate interventions to improve employee performance.
• Maintain accurate performance records and reports for analysis and decision-making.

Employee Communication & Employer Branding

• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by disseminating important information, policies, and updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand, both internally and externally.

Learning & Development

• Work with department heads to identify staff training needs and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions
• Ensure all employees document individual development plan (IDP) in the performance management records
• Co-ordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees skills and knowledge, and to support staff in implementing their IDPs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as necessary.

HR Analytics

• Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to recruitment, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Provide recommendations based on HR analytics to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in HR Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and legal regulations.
• Preferably possess minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, performance management, learning & development and employee communication.
