• Manage, review, and update corporate website
• Daily news monitoring and dissemination of relevant articles to departments
• Summarise analyst/industry/competitor/news reports to keep management and the IR team abreast of latest developments
• Assist with peer comparison, provide analysis and research on share price performance, indices inclusion, as well as corporate developments
• Conduct market research in support of IR and business development activities of the Group
• Assist in the preparation of business reports and analysis
• Maintain corporate mailbox and handle enquiries from existing and potential investors, external analysts, media, and the public

Job Requirements:

• Degree in marketing communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing investor relations function in a public listed company, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and also being a strong team player
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Corporate Planning

• Collaborate with teams to establish, monitor, and assess progress toward NVPC's strategic goals.
• Support cross-functional business process re-engineering to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist cross-functional teams in project prioritisation efforts.
• Support quarterly dashboard and Balanced Scorecard reporting, as well as semi-annual and annual strategy reviews.
• Support in the identification of organisational problems and primary objectives for new projects, validate key business requirements, and interpret data and its implications.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating organisational strategies and initiatives.

Corporate Secretariat

• Support the management of key meetings with partners including agenda-setting, writing of minutes, and coordinating follow-ups.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work with A/P Dr Sergio Hernandez Marin in the Data Analytics Consulting Center on both internal-facing (NUS) and external facing (startups, SMEs, MNC) Data Science and Data Architecture roles.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

1. Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights and patterns.

2. Data Architecture and Management:
- Design and implement robust data architectures to support the project's data needs.
- Work on data integration, ensuring seamless flow and accessibility of data across different components of the project.

3. Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Teams:
- Engage with a diverse team of stakeholders, to integrate data science solutions into the broader project framework.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Teaching Short Courses on Data Science:
- Design and deliver short courses on data science topics to internal team members or external stakeholders.

5. Experimental Design and Hypothesis Testing:
- Contribute to the formulation of research hypotheses and experimental design.

Qualifications

• Qualifications / Discipline:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with a specialization in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

- Demonstrated expertise in data science methodologies and statistical analysis.

2. Programming Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Javascript.

3. Data Engineering and Data Architecture:

4. Data Visualization:
