Reporting to the Head of Settlement, the successful candidate will perform the following duties. The role will be based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

Treasury Related Transactions

• Check and settle treasury transactions (loan, fixed deposit and foreign exchange), ensure all details on the confirmation letter match with the supporting document, ensure no non-compliance of trading limits and counterparty global exposures as per Company’s policies and procedures
• Prepare loans and fixed deposit drawdown/rollover/repayment/prepayment notices, get authorised signatories signed timely before sending to banks
• Liaise with banks for loans rate fixing and payment, ensure details in bank advice matches against Reval system data

Group Bank Account Administrative

• Liaise with bank for preparation of bank account opening onboarding document pack
• Assist in online banking platform user’s access rights setup, update and review
• Prepare notice letters to banks for the update of bank account authorised signatories

Compliance, Control and Reporting

• Collate and/or prepare Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information requested by banks relating to loans and entity bank accounts
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders within tight timeline
• Monitor time-sensitive payments, ensure all the payments are settled on value date

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Corporation Treasury Operation or Finance Department
• Meticulous, focus on details and proficient with numbers
• Hands-on experience in various Treasury Management Systems or experience on system project implementation, will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word
• High integrity, fast learner, good interpersonal skills, good team player
• Diligent and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment

Your main focus will be to provide immaculate administrative and secretarial support to a Partner based in Sydney who travels very frequently across the Middle East and APAC. You will be responsible to schedule meetings and appointments across different time zones, take care of all travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel, and help to process expenses claims for your leader. You will be involved in events planning and management, coordination of training & development programmes and provide basic IT and finance support to the team.
