Job Description

· Assist in the gathering and analysis of data and information required for each audit assignment planning.

· Assist in gathering evidence for the audit fieldwork to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and related risk management, internal controls and governance process, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company’s policies and procedures.

· Assist in the design and application of data analytics techniques (using Excel, ACL, Tableau) in audit assignments.

· Document accurate audit work performed and audit result in a clear and organised manner, supported by audit evidence for review by Team leader.

· Assist in developing and drafting comprehensive audit observations (including root causes and risks) on weaknesses in control environment, and making recommendations for process improvements.

· Assist Team Leader in finalizing the audit findings, recommendations and reports, and collate management responses and action plans to mitigate risk.

· Assist in tracking audit issues identified by Internal Audit and external auditors, and monitor implementation progress of management action plans. Assist in conducting validation review on management remediation actions to address control deficiencies.

· Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan and in the preparation of deliverables such as audit reports and presentation materials to Management and Audit Committee.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the music school to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain effective systems for class scheduling, facility management, and equipment maintenance.

2. Human Resources:

• Assist in the recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff as well as monitoring staff performance.
• Support in scheduling and managing staff assignments.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

3. Sales and Enrollment:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive student enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and parents.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

Salary range - From $3800

Responsibilities:

a. Perform sales functions as follows:

1. Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirement from the following industry but not limited to, Oil and Gas / Chemical Industry / Aviation / Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical.
2. Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors’ response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal
3. Communicate with customers on metal pricing and transfer requirements
4. To monitor precious metal price updates and customer job status and work closely with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the company

b. Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc

c. Assist Senior Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy

d. Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in business or chemical engineering field etc

· Experience in handling Asia market plus METAL industries

· Proven track record in key account management

· Proven ability to pitch and negotiate

· Self-driven and agile to adapt.

· Overseas traveling will be required

Remuneration:

· Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Sales Exec), $4,000 - $5,000 (Asst Manager)

· Attractive incentive scheme (up to $5,000 per quarter)

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm)

· Must possess own transport

· Fixed transport Allowance: S$600 (fixed)

· Vehicle expenses reimbursement: S$500 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP)

· HP reimbursement: S$200 (based on receipt / bill)
