Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a terminal degree in their field of study. Candidates should also have at least 10 years of industry experience as well as an excellent practice-track record. As this position is specifically for teaching and applied research needs of the Accounting division, candidates should have strong and relevant industry and academic experience. This experience should be demonstrated through teaching feedback from tertiary institutions, publicly available outputs (e.g., teaching blogs, webinars), by giving teaching demonstrations or similar evidence of teaching effectiveness. The School of Art Design and Media and the School of Computer Science and Engineering at NTU, Singapore, invite qualified academics to apply for 2 faculty positions as Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure track) in Games. ADM is part of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (COHASS). These positions seek expertise in one or more areas of Games, with expertise in relevant fields including game design, interactive media, animation, computing and creative technologies. 1. The Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure track) in Games (housed at ADM), owns expertise in all relevant areas of Game Design, including but not limited to interactive media, animation, visual design, creative coding and game design technologies. • Provide adequate housekeeping while carrying out tests;
• Record raw data into worksheets / draft reports;
• Transcribe test results to official test reports;
• Recognise & escalate potential invalid test results;
• Assess & recommend test validity to the senior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related Science Field
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing and QA/QC industries would be an advantage, i.e. industrial attachment, previous job
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 is an added advantage but not compulsory
• Able to multi-task and highly proficient at work.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing callers' needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and relevant information and assistance to address callers' inquiries.
• Arrange or reschedule appointments based on caller requests.
• Handle additional administrative duties for the hotline, such as managing emails, referrals, and emergency activations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of requests.

1. Approx. 40% Enterprise Case Studies: Collecting, coding, analyzing data, conducting research on target case enterprises, interviewing corporate executives, writing case study reports. Essential Requirements:

1. Degree in Management/Business, familiar with operational management, management science, data science, etc.
2. Excellent written skills in English or Chinese, with publications in business/management papers, blogs, articles, or other forms of media.
3. Able to independently conduct qualitative research (case analysis, interviews, content analysis) and quantitative research.
4. Skilled in data analysis and financial statement analysis.
5. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other office software.
6. Part-time candidates must be able to work more than 24 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiar with business school case teaching or;
2. Individuals with business and management work experience, especially those with over three years of experience in Fortune 500 companies;
3. Familiar with big data analysis, quantitative research methods including data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Experience using quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, R, and Python. Knowledge of machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement) and web scraping. Familiarity with Wind database is a plus.
4. Postgraduate degree or above.
5. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens.
