The position provides the candidate a great opportunity to develop qualitative and quantitative research skills and work with international experts in public health policy, mental wellbeing, and maternal health. The job holder will be an integral part of a research project which examines the role of time use in the mental wellbeing of women with young children in Singapore. Job Description:

As a Community Care Associate, you will work with a team of Healthcare Assistants & Nursing Aides in assisting the elderly with their daily needs:

1) Basic nursing care:

• Monitor vital signs
• Prepare meals, milk / drinks
• Meal feeding / NGT feeding
• Assist to feed oral medicine
• Shower/ Bed sponging
• Personal Hygiene
• Bed-making (arranging bedsheets)
• Changing diaper/assist toileting
• Transferring / positioning

2) Conduct activities and basic exercise

3) Assist physiotherapist / occupational therapy with rehabilitation program

4) Accompany / Escort elderly for medical / social appointment and outing

Requirement:

• Singaporean / PR
• Community Care Associate training available
