• Conduct both annual and ad hoc security cloud outsourcing review stipulated by Head Office, country regulators and/or local outsourcing committee as and when required.
• Conduct monthly security access review for Human Capital Management Department.
• Develop, implement, and review security policies and user matrix to safeguard employee’s data.
• Respond to compliance team on security incidents and implement corrective actions,
• Provide training and awareness programs for Human Capital Management Department.
• Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies.
• Ensure latest patches are applied to all Human Capital Management’s system in a timely manner.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure infrastructure resilience.

Project Management

• Be part of the HRIS project team as a designated project assignee, e.g., Project Manager, Security SME, Data SME etc., to help ensure project is planned and executed smoothly from initiation to closure.
• Represent Human Capital Management Department as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Infra security and data integration matters for automation projects. Coordinate and implement solutions in accordance with security rules with Japan Head Office Security team, and ensure compliance with regulators PDPA requirements, if any.
• Act as liaison between end users, Human Capital Management team and IT team, wherever applicable, to understand business requirements for HR related Cloud (SaaS) solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and ensure solid documentation or business requirements and changes.
• Prepare and put forward budget plans for identified project initiatives, influencing, and negotiating with Japan Head Office to obtain support from them, if applicable.
• Be an agent of change for digitalization initiatives by advocating and helping users to understanding the purpose of change.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with around 5-7 years of experience in providing IT services to financial institutions.
• Experience with regional project implementation.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage as this role needs to communicate with stakeholders (Security Dept) in Japan Head Office.
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud platform and security, and/or, adopt a highly motivated mindset to quickly learn and catch up with those technologies in the ever-changing technology landscape.
• Good techno-functional skills with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with MAS cloud outsourcing would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management is a critical skillset.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist the nursing team in providing personalised, specialised and cost-effective care.
2. Monitor and report patients’ conditions and progress to senior members of the nursing team.
3. Notify senior members of the nursing team of all unusual observations and/or happenings.
4. Assist in the execution of discharge plans of patient care according to the assessed needs, as well as assist in the post-discharge care coordination of patients.
5. Follow up on phone reviews and home and/or agency visits to ensure that services required in the community are in place.
6. Perform home visits and assist to educate patients/caregivers on self-care management in the community.
7. Assist senior nurses on follow-up phone reviews and home/agency visitations to ensure that services required in the community are in place.
8. Educate patients and family members on the patients’ health conditions and help them gain a strong understanding of holistic care as necessary.
9. Arrange appointments with client and or caregivers for new referral home visit.
10. Conduct and document nursing assessment as appropriate.
11. Raise individual care plan based on identified assessment needs.
12. Provide nursing services as required, e.g., change of nasogastric feeding tube, urinary catheter change, dressing change, stoma care, monitoring medication compliance and medication packing, parameters/peripheral blood glucose monitoring, etc.
13. Ensure that safety and infection control precautionary measures are practiced during home visits.
14. Issue receipt and receive payment from client/caregiver at the end of each visit.
15. Hand over cash payment collections to Finance department after home visit.
16. Conduct the first assessment as appropriate to identify required needs, e.g., referral for Senior Mobility Fund (SMF), Community Services or Financial Assistance.
17. Orientate and coach new nurses and serve as liaison, resource person and preceptor to nurses and trainees.
18. Supervise the work of Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.
19. Participate and share knowledge and skills in peer education.
20. Safety checks on all equipment used for home care.
21. Contribute to administrative work as directed by Nurse Manager/ Nurse Clinician/ Assistant Nurse Clinician.

Research Fellow

Responsibilities:

• Survey the state of the art in urban sustainability operations and optimization;
• Mathematical modelling and problem formulation to fit practical scenarios;
• Provide optimization and operation policy to guide urban sustainability; and
• Validate the findings using simulations and real data.

Requirements:

• PhD degree in control science and engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or applied mathematics;
• Has multiple publications in good conferences/journals in AI/computer science, electrical engineering, networking, experiments, and system optimization;
• Fluent in oral and written English;
• At least 2 years of experience in doing research in optimization algorithm design and system operations using performance control, machine learning, stochastic modelling, optimization, or game theory; and
• Experience in applying mathematical modelling and optimization algorithms to large-scale urban networks.
