· At least 10 years of work experience in the Banking or Finance industry, including 5 years in Management position.

· Well-developed analytical skills for problem-solving and managing complex processes.

· Have good communication and negotiation skills and teamwork spirit, be able to withstand strong work pressure, logical thinking, strong teamwork awareness, dedicated and energetic.

· Strong Communication and People Management, interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong business relationships, foster stakeholder engagement, create new partnerships and drive culture of collaboration and innovation.

· Ensure Risk Management and Compliance Framework are in place.

· Must be a resident of Singapore.

· Fluent in English and Chinese

• Maintaining contacts with airlines, trade, industry and government bodies to keep abreast of information and economy/market developments
• Manage daily shipping co-ordination of shipments by air, sea (export/import/3rd party/local delivery)
