• Verify staff timesheets, compute overtime and transportation claims.
• Provide backup support for Payroll tasks.
• Administer staff benefits including Leave Records, Insurance, and medical claims.
• Prepare and process monthly staff payroll.
• Handle monthly CPF submissions and governmental claims such as NS reservist, maternity leave, and childcare leave.
• Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 forms.
• Create HR-related documents such as employment and confirmation letters.

• Offer support for call answering and general administration.
