• Have a keen passion and interest in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in General Trade is required
• Capable of working independently, demonstrating self-motivation, diligence, and organizational prowess while being adept at working with minimal supervision
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin.

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Sales Assistants/ Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, engaging with customers, and managing multiple sales activities including telecalling, door-to-door marketing, and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Follow up on quotes and leads, and schedule meetings with customers
• Telecalling existing customers to arrange meetings and discuss promotions
• Prepare sales orders, arrange couriers, and manage delivery schedules
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to existing customers
• Participate in outdoor, door-to-door marketing efforts
• Manage social media marketing and email campaigns (EDMs)
• Drive the sale of existing stocks by creating and implementing promotions
