Responsibilities:

• Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients’ needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.

• Follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with productions.
• Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times.

• Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
• Ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.
• Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Sales Strategy and Growth

Regional Leadership and Market Development

• Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project, engineering, product management) to align offerings with regional needs and promote customized power solutions.

Client Relationship Management

Provide training and development for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Lead by example, working closely with the sales team on quotation creation, submission, negotiation, as well as wining and closing deals.

• Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the management. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

Expansion and Innovation

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in untapped Southeast Asian markets, developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
