Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s retail shop, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet performance goals

Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability

Create attractive product displays and ensure the shop is visually appealing

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote the retail shop and its offerings
