Job Requirement:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with working experience

2. Experience in data entry would be an advantage

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Diligent, organised, self-driven, resourceful and fast learner

• Preparation of materials and apparatus for Science lessons
• Management, operation and maintenance of the science laboratories and outdoor facilities
• Carry out stocktaking of Science resources
• Curating of students’ artefacts for teachers’ reflections
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by school

Qualification:

• Shall have minimum GCE O levels or equivalent qualification with subject related to Science
• Should preferably have 2 years of relevant experience in administration and operations, preferably in supporting Science activities in a school environment
• Should be an excellent team-player who is organized and with the ability to multi-task
• Should be proficient in software skills (eg Microsoft office, video taking)
• Should have good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Shall be a Singaporean or Singapore PR

Job Description:

• Greet guests and attend to enquiries
• Visitor registration and scheduling appointments
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Assist pharmacists and senior pharmacy technicians in handling routine task in pharmacy administration
• Prepare statistics and reports for supervisors
• Any ad hoc duties as per assigned
