Key Responsibilities:

Technical Understanding: Have a strong grasp of the technical aspects of the product or service being offered. This includes understanding its features, applications, and functionalities to be proficient for project technical compliances.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients or potential customers to demonstrate the product/service's value proposition. This includes conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries. Maintain relationships with existing clients, address their concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer interactions.

Sales Functioning: Prepare quotations, regular sales reports and provide insights to management regarding sales performance, market trends & strategy, and potential growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Min. Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant sales tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft.

• Spearheading and opening new business route
• Marketing of chemicals/ electronics products in Singapore and regional market
• Follow up with existing customers for Electronics and Chemical business
• Provide market information on products, competitor information and prepare timely reports
• Assist handling new business development

• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree (Fresh graduates may apply)
• Experience in Chemicals/Electronics
• Preferably with some knowledge in Silicones RTV or Fluoropolymers
• Overview about product knowledge/ technology
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Dynamic, creative and enthusiatic
• Able to travel, especially in South East Asia

Job Description

· Develop detailed project plan that includes timelines/schedules, budgets, resources, risk assessments, etc.

· Perform engineering tasks such as developing designs, creating models, and conducting tests to ensure that designs meet specifications.

· Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.

· Co-ordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, maintenance teams, etc to ensure project goals are met.

· Monitor project progress and Ensure project adheres to quality standards and regulations.

· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and vendors.

· Co-ordinate and participate in activities such as FAT, commission & purchase of equipment for project, etc.

· Prepare & create template for project/technical document, including contracts, file, archive (physical & digital records) to ensure all team members have easy access to necessary documentation.

· Prepare ad hoc reports on project as needed.

Job Requirement

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· Relevant work experience in Shipyard, Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemical background preferred.

· Good knowledge of fire & gas detection and protection systems, PLC/DCS systems added advantage.

· Hands-on capability in product integration.

· Proficient in AutoCad drawings.

· Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

· Has initiative and must be a Team player.
