• This position may require working outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, and may require on-call availability for emergency situations.
• Should you be required to work on public holidays, Off-in lieu will be arranged.
• Provide technical support for operations critical hardware and software issues both for in-house and client systems.
• Configure and install new equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance and updates for servers and systems, including backups, virus scans, and software updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
• Assist with on-the-ground operations when needed, including providing support, setup temporary IT infrastructure or stand in for security personnel.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
