Our client in service provider firm is looking for an Freelance Accounts Assistant (4 times a weeks) to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable
• Process staff claims
• Process vendor invoices
• Liaise with staff, 3rd party providers on claims and invoices
• Ensure payments, amounts and SAP records are correct
• Update and maintain procedural documentation
• Accounts Receivable - minimum
• Standard month end journals preparation
• Ad hoc tasks, data compilation, administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, and experience with SAP
• Experience working in a highly complex environment and able to undertake manual processes
• Team player who is meticulous, processes strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Description:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Handle invoice processing and filling.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Processes payables, receivables, payments, and checks.
• Performs journal entries for company transactions.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
• Temporary 3 months job to cover maternity from Feb 2024 to May 2024

Job Description:

• Provide customer service via hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Process orders using various purchase options.
• Handle enrolments of new customers.
• Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate payments received and stock quantities.
• Assist with merchandise and spare parts purchases.
• File documents.
• Check invoices against order forms to ensure accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Issue products to customers based on purchases.
• Pack stock for deliveries and courier services.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Place stock orders to replenish inventory.
• Receive and arrange stock in the warehouse.
• Provide after-sales service, including repairs.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
