Your role will encompass the administration of and any services pursuant to Administration Agreements in respect of a portfolio of Private Equity funds working closely with the Vice President and supervising a small team of accountants.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Compliance Product Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Compliance Product Sr Analyst - C12) based in, Singapore. Serves as a function/business/product compliance risk senior analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for assisting with internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM Product and Function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet the function/business/product and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework. Primary responsibilities include monitoring compliance risk behaviors and providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to the supported function/business/product and guidance on function/business/product rules/laws.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Assisting in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and/or examinations.
• Collaborating with other internal areas including: Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, other Control Functions, and In-Business Risk to address compliance issues which may impact the supported function/business/product.
• Supporting the business in performing timely compliance reviews of new transactions and/or products.
• Assisting in the development and administration of Compliance training for the supported function/business/product.
• Researching any rules and rule changes and implementing policies, procedures or other controls necessary to comply with the rules/regulations
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Working Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies in the supported function/business/product
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
• Work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization

Position Objective:
The main objective is to manage the day to day running of the stockroom, from receiving, updating deliveries, maintaining store Plannogram & the replenishment process in the shop floor.

Key Activities:
• To set up displays of company products.
• Price stock as required
• To ensure that the products on the display shelves are in correct price.
• Ensure all promotions are effectively executed across all outlets.
• Ensure you have a complete understanding of all product, including up sell items, phone cards and items on promotions and are aware of new stock lines
• Maintain high stock levels of all product, ensuring all shelves are filled and restocked regularly
• Carry out manual handling and lifting duties as required
• Ensure the correct lifting procedures are adhered to at all times. E.g. bend knees, assess load and break the load down if necessary.
• Ensure to read and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes
• Any other duties as required or as directed by Operations Manager

Hours of work:
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm/ 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm (8 working hours)
*We will give ample of notice on working weekends and public holidays if required.

Requirements:
• Due to the nature of the business, you will be expected to work some weekends/ Public Holidays;
• Able to work at the designated WH Smith store at Changi Airport and warehouse at Changi North Street 1.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Physically fit to lift and handle goods up to 30kg and able to maneuver heavy pallets of stocks through the facility.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Assist & plan leads generating campaigns
• To be able to lead & work within given budgets & timeline
• Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Liaise & working as a team, with our carpenters & designers, taking snippets of their daily work and converting to contents
• Content creation every few days to update tictok and social media account.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

Basic Skills Required:

Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications.

• Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies, channels,
• Excellent communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, capcut, canvas
• Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.
