Job Responsibilities

Credit applications:

• Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval must be received from the Director of Finance.

City Ledger:

• Ensure all invoices / statements are issued on a timely basis.
• Monitor the prompt follow-up of all overdue accounts and minimize the recovery delay.

Guest Ledger:

Fixed Asset listing:

• Compute the depreciation according to the PSHS standard and record in the FA listing.
• Perform a monthly journal posting on the depreciation amount.
• Perform a monthly reconcile of the FA listing against balance sheet.

Purchase of new assets and disposal of old assets:

• Verify the completed evaluation form with all supporting documents by the respective Head of Departments (HODs) for the newly purchased asset.
• Verify the completed disposal form with all supporting documents by the respective HODs for discarding old assets.

Other duties:

• To prepare bank reconciliation by first week of every month.

The Director, Travel Vertical lead will be a part of the Acceptance team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who deploy acceptance growth initiatives and seller-side solutions to catalyse acceptance growth across Asia Pacific. The team is also the regional co-ordination point and interface into the global verticals and segments and drives the overall strategy for multiple initiatives to grow Visa’s acceptance footprints.

ROLE : Inside Sales Operation Support - Order and Logistic Management

• Sales Order Excellence: Take the helm of our sales order process, ensuring each customer’s journey from order to fulfillment is seamless and satisfying. To manage the accounts assigned to you by increasing the sales and developing new sales
• Logistic Coordination : Assign to SG logistics management , keeping our warehouse operations effective , support regular stock takes that inform business strategy and support sales success.
• Strategic Material & Stock Coordinating: Play a vital role as team member for internal Sale and Operation to collaborate with PMC , Sales and Product team to ensure stable supply chain and quality .
• Operational Dynamo: Propel efficiency through your involvement in the inbound and outbound logistics, demonstrating an eye for improvement and a knack for problem-solving.
• Customer Success Advocate: Act as a key contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction, where your efforts in order execution and delivery management result in triumphant customer experiences.

Simple admin duties office hours 830am to 530pm. Workplace will be at alps ave Prefer candidates from the east area or north east area. Email knowledge and excel knowledge is a must. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team as management.
• The team is responsible for the operations of Cargo flights as well as Cargo business revenues from all stations under the Asia & Oceania region.
• Responsible for maximizing shipment profitability by controlling freighter flights space allocation both in short & long term perspective for the region.
• Responsible for setting up yield level on freighter flights through daily market evaluation and analysis.
• Budget coordination, target planning and strategy setting for the region in quarterly and half yearly basis to optimize regional revenue performance.
• Liaising with Headquarter on a daily basis on matters relating to long term strategy setting, target setting, flight yield management and space allotment.
• Liaising with all regional offices on daily space requisition and provide support to ensure targets and objectives are met.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics / Business Management / Marketing.
• Possess more than 15 years’ of experience in airline industry with at least 10 years in the Freighter / Air Cargo business.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft loading configuration and types of Unit Loading Devices.
• Adequate knowledge of Cargo Yield Band management.
• Excellent knowledge in managing flights profitability by setting segment volume yield.
• Excellent knowledge of SPICA and CSW cargo data system operation.
• Possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team.
• Proficient in English and Japanese or other Asian language would be an advantage for communication including writing, reading, listening and speaking, to coordinate with overseas offices in Asia & Oceania and Headquarter in Tokyo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to work closely with people at all level.
• Pro-active and self-motivated individual who works well independently.
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint for analysis and presentation.
• Ability to plan and think strategically with excellent time management skills.
• Patience in forming consensus by persuading management and decisive in making key decision.
• Open to travel in Asia Oceania region.

Liaise with Linen Supervisor concerning the supply and cleanliness of linen, uniforms, guest laundry and dry cleaning. Supervise and assist with linen and uniform stock takes and purchasing.

• Oversee the implementation of deep cleaning programmers.
• Assist in the control and analyzing on an ongoing basis, departmental and energy costs, to ensure performance against budget particularly if sales are below expectation.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the development, implementation, recording and maintaining of departmental standards.
• Supervises allocation of work assignments to all Housekeeping staff to ensure maximum coverage on a daily basis. Cancel casual staff as required.
• Inspect guest rooms and VIP rooms on a daily basis to ensure excellent standards and to check furnishings and equipment are clean and in good repair and are replaced or refurbished as required.
• Participate in conducting weekly inspections of all areas to ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventative maintenance programs and judicious planning and management of FF&E.
• Supervise the preparation of weekly timesheets for full and part time staff.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for all store items and make recommendations for purchasing where applicable.
• Implement and control Housekeeping policies and procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for all employees and guests.
• Handle requests and complaints with immediate action and through follow up and refer when necessary.
• Carries out any other reasonable request made by hotel management.
• Establish and maintain a prominent level of visibility and involvement within the hotel.
• Perform any related duties and special projects as designed.
• Assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, materials and equipment, reporting any defects immediately to the relevant department.
• Continuously endeavor to improve the knowledge of the job.
• Preparation and completion of timesheets, rotas, holiday schedules, in line with business needs, as and when required.  Analyze weekly productivity.
• Preparation and completion of Purchase Orders (Fourth Hospitality) as and when required
• Undertake and complete any special projects, tasks or other reasonable request by your department head and/or Hotel Management.
