• Acting as the secretariat for both the organization and cluster-level management development program committee, seeking their guidance, support, and endorsement to establish a robust talent development system.
• Monitoring external trends, innovations, and capabilities in management talent and integrating relevant insights into Management Development programs to enhance talent engagement, development, and retention within the company.
• Participating in quality improvement and innovation projects within the department as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience leading organizational development, curriculum design, assessment centers, and various programs within an organization.
• At least 5 years in leadership/management roles, involving interaction with leadership at all levels.
• Demonstrating consultative leadership skills.
• Direct development and implementation of leadership capability reviews, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management, and succession processes.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication, clear presentations, building robust stakeholder relationships, influencing, and negotiating desired outcomes.
• Collaborative skills with HR Business Partners and line leaders are crucial, showcasing your ability to engage with multiple stakeholders up to senior management levels.
• Excellent time management, the capacity to handle competing priorities, and adeptness in project management are necessary skills.
• Proficiency in effectively managing departmental budgets is required.
