Working hours: Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm

1. Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the person in charge.
   1. Manage sales enquiries and processing of orders inc. preparing quotations,
      invoices and packing lists.
   2. Check and update payment status
   3. Prepare safety documents and new vendor forms for daily projects.
   4. Uploading signed forms/ checklists to cloud.
   5. Set up a neat and efficient filing system in cloud and on your computer.
   6. Track project progress claim
   7. Check cash receipt records are in order.
   8. Check inventory In-Out records.
   9. Getting supplier quotations if required.
   10. Booking keeping - (must be accurate in data entries)
2. Track accounts receivables / accounts payables / bad debts
3. Bank reconciliation
   1. Generate reports from Xero Accounting for managers’ analysis.
   2. any other duties assigned by your superior

Responsibility:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- To provide customers with professional advice and recommend items that match customer needs

- To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.

-Responsible for formulating sales targets and marketing strategies

-Responsible for salesgirls team management, performance appraisal, personnel transfer and other arrangements

- Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements:

-Must have at least 3 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude

-Hard working, and can work under pressure;

-Good team player

-High responsible to both company and customer, and being patient.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the issuance of insurance policies and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Maintain organized records of issued policies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Process incoming insurance applications in a timely manner.
