• Working Hours: Flexible working hours (Official working hour: Mon to Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 9am – 1pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential reseller and distributor customers for fresh/ frozen poultry products
• Manage existing company customers by maintaining regular contact, providing support and follow-up, and addressing customer needs and concerns
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential customers
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Collect customer payments as needed and ensure timely resolution of any payment issues

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of adhesive tape products to various industries, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Singapore.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to promote our adhesive tape products.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in hardware and industrial products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.

• Basic Salary: $3,000
• Transport Allowance: $1,100

• Commission: $500 and above
