Job Requirements:

➤A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or any related field
➤At least 5 years of experience in Sales and distributor management of Japanese products in the region
➤Strong understanding and exposure to ASEAN market.
➤Good leadership skills to coach and mentor team members as well as having an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the company.
➤Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
➤Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations;
➤Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally;
➤Good organizational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams
➤Having network with Japanese Government Agencies like JETRO will be an added advantage.
➤Prior experience with promotion of Japanese food products.
