Job Requirements

• Deep passion and expertise in digital and technology, with a strong understanding of digital channel technologies, digital marketing applications, CX/UX principles, SEO/SEM best practices, analytics platforms. The Assistant Banquet Manager joins our team of Banquet Operations in running and overseeing the events of our Hotel. The job responsibilities include :

• Timely execution and service of all Wedding, Corporate and Leisure events
• Assisting Banquet Operations Manager in scheduling staffing requirements of events
• Inspecting and performing quality checks for every event prior to the start of the event
• Hold pre-function meetings with all banquet staff to communicate all planned details, and last minute changes as outlined on the Banquet Event Order
• Assigning stations and delegating specific tasks for staff & part-timers for the event
• Enforcing service standards for all banquet events
• Accepting guest complaints and work to provide a solution in a timely and professional manner
• Perform such other duties and assumes responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management
