Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Sales Consultant at Artisan Medical Group in Singapore. The Beauty Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and offering expert consulting services to clients.

• Experience in the beauty or healthcare industry is a plus

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Beauty, or related field preferred

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Boon Lay & Choa Chu Kang MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am-5.30 pm; Sat, 8.30 am - 1.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $3,500 + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle regular customer accounts efficiently.
• Liaise with customers and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Attend to customer inquiries, process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Provide administrative support to the external sales team.
• Demonstrate the ability to persuade clients with a strong understanding of the company's in-house products.
• Respond to and manage customer details and phone calls.
• Be proficient with office software, online resources, basic computer operations, and internet usage.
