Role Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's identity and growing Ryan’s Kitchen. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience. Your extensive knowledge of the F&B industry will drive innovative marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with our brand vision and business goals.
· Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
· Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store.
Team Management & Development:
· Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and internal partners to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Digital & Content Marketing:
· Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
· Ensure up-to-date and engaging content on our ecommerce websites and digital platforms, enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Management:
· Lead the development of marketing collaterals, including point-of-sale materials, PR publicity, and advertising content.
· Plan and execute marketing communication strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Event Management & Campaign Execution:
· Plan and manage marketing events, promotions, and activations that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Monitor campaign progress using various metrics, providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for future campaigns.
· Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and ensuring a high return on marketing investments.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, with experience in a supervisory role. Strong foundation in the F&B industry, with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends preferred.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with exposure to FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries preferred.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing data analytics tools.
· In-depth knowledge of strategic planning principles, marketing best practices, and digital marketing tools.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of video and photo editing software preferred.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
