Supervisory Responsibilities

· Team of salespersons, sales managers and distributors/agents in SEA, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Optimization of

customer coverage focusing on growth markets.

Education and/or Experience

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering related field and 10 plus years of industry

experience in technical sales is required. Experience in the electronic packaging industry for semiconductors is

preferred.

· Must have strong customer service orientation and communicate effectively both externally and internally.

Strong semiconductor customer connection and relationships at middle/ top level.

· Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as sales contact management database

software (CRM) highly desired.

· A track record of successfully meeting deadlines through initiative and proactive approach required. Self-starter

with an attention to detail is required.

· Demonstrate a high level of professionalism; exhibit a high level of project management, negotiation, and

presentation skills.

Language Skills

· Excellent communicator with ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, internally and externally.

Must be willing to ask for clarification or assistance when needed. Knowledge of principles and processes for

providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards

for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Communicating in a professional manner with people

outside the organization and representing the organization to customers. This communication can be exchanged

in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Must have the ability to handle irate customers with tact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to customers
• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of our products and services
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success
• Develop and maintain sales engineering materials, including datasheets and case studies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a pre-sales capacity, with a focus on enterprise software
• Strong understanding of software solutions
• Understanding in VBA, Java, J2EE, XML, IIS, .NET, OCR, ICR, Web Services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel regionally
• Understanding of delivering solutions on Cloud

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
