POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility is to process reservation requests for Marriott's global guests who are staying in Marriott's global brands of hotels.

Job summary

1. Process reservation requests and support of basic loyalty and customer care requests.
2. Handle incoming contacts for Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through voice and email channels.
3. Create an effortless experience and build raving brand fans by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world’s favorite travel company.
4. Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines and case management.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and a sales driven role.

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean (in order to handle enquiries and requests from English and Korean speaking guests)
2. Competent in multi-tasking
3. Goal oriented and enjoys interacting with customer
4. Experience in hospitality/travel industry, contact center environment or sales or customer service will be an advantage
5. Fresh diploma or ITE graduates are welcomed as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day function of the centre
• Provide exceptional customer service through answering the phone, and handling general enquires
• Promote compliance to ethical and responsible data use principles by ensuring necessary data is collected, accurately updated, and maintained in the systems
• Provide administration support and clerical activities for 3 satellite centres (Bedok, Cantonment and Woodlands)
• Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
• Adhere to the organisation’s financial management and procurement processes
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners

Requirements:

• ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma holder
• Service-oriented
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
• Pleasant disposition and able to work with others
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT systems
• Possesses problem solving skills
• Independent in managing and executing work tasks
• Positive professional attitude, has initiative and is innovative
• Organized and resourceful

Responsibilities:

• Send Enquiry / Requisitions to suppliers for quotation
• Processing Purchase Requisition & Issue of Purchase Orders
• Follow up closely with suppliers for on time delivery and quality of products
• Follow up payments to suppliers with Accounts Department
• Perform inventory and administrative tasks such as updating databases and filing
• Liaise with the warehouse on any shortage / damage of goods when items arrive and follow up with the supplier accordingly
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Local or PR only
• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistic Management or equivalent
• Able to communicate well & written in English and Mandarin to liaise with English/Chinese speaking suppliers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience preferred

• Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
• Attend all design consultation and site meetings
• Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCad Drawings, Material Boards
• Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules
• Brief and explain to contractors on proposed design intents and finishes

Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Perform project design (including selection and sizing of equipment) and development activities according to customer’s specification.
• Understand scopes of HVAC work (to bid).
• Perform site surveys, site measurements, attend pre-bid walkthrough if need be. Attend tender clarifications/interview as and when required.
• Work with Manager in developing project plan, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in preparing project proposals, tender submission/clarifications, and contractual documents. Regular interaction and follow up to ensure all projects are performed within allocated budget, timelines, and requirements.
• Work and coordinate with sales team to create quotations and follow up for service retrofit jobs.
• Source/liaise/negotiate with suppliers and vendors on quotations and requirements. Compile supplier quotation, assessment of quotations and prepare costing sheet.
• Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
• Determine Bill of Quantity
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate.

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Experience in HVAC / ACMV
