• Able to start work immediately, commit 3 shifts (M shift 8am-6pm/ PM shift 1pm-10pm/ Overnight 9pm-9am)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner
• Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility and equipment
• Source for quotations, ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise with Finance for payment
• Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courier services
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or General Affairs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous, organised and analytical
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Good working attitude, tactful and possess excellent communication skills
• This role will be 1 year contract, subject to renewal
