The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the duties personally or through the Sales & Marketing team. The incumbent directs the day-to-day activities, plans, develops and communicates strategies and goals for the teams, which include Rooms Sales, and Marketing & Communications. Administration and processing information

• Manages pipeline and records enquires system to ensure banquet operations is aware of upcoming bookings and prospective orders to manage manpower.

• Ensure correct billing for events as per SOP.
• Input to and keep up to date the database of clients.
• Prepare weekly forecast of catering orders and communicate with the Banquet Operations team.
