This position is responsible for securing sales of in-house products and third-party products & systems for Convergent Security Solutions business, achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets;
• Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects;
• Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications;
• Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations;
• Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior;
• Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention;
• Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent;
• With 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security;
• Preferably with project sales experience is an added advantage;
• Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth;

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;

• Site supervision and monitoring work progress from commencement to handover of the project.
• Supervise skilled employees and liaise with external contractors to ensure jobs are done satisfactorily.
• Responsible for developing and implement effective maintenance and engineering solutions for equipment problems.
• Compile technical & commercial offers in accordance with customers’ requirements for tender submission in close coordination with the service business unit.
• Submitting all clarifications on site on going project and installantion with pre-order materail negotiation with suppliet & customers.
• Support on calculating total cost of project and establishing a tendering budget cost.
• Coordinate with all client , Supplier and Sub contractor parties involved (internal & external) in the prpearion of quote.
• Monitor all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers.
• Ensure commitments to customers are met including on-time-delivery performance and all necessary documentation is received from customers.
• To liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD System.
• Advise management on projects progress.
